Vintage 1969 East Side High School (Newark NJ) Red Varsity Jacket with felt patches, Size medium (would fit large as well).  In good vintage condition minor cosmetic blemishes consistent with age (see pictures).

Note: Model is 6’0 and typically wears size large.
